SwimStrong dryland starts tomorrow at 5 am for senior/blue group. Classes will be Tuesday Thursday and Friday

Congrats to Penny Noyes at the Southeast Zone Championships. Penny competing in 10 events earning all golds and 2 national records in the 50 Free and 100 IM. Penny is the 1st 70 year old breaking 27 seconds in the 50 yard free with a time of 26.97. Just amazing Congrats Penny!
