Little Dippers
This group is for non-swimmers ages 2 to 10. This instructional group is based on learning the fundamentals of swimming.and floating. Swimmers are scheduled to attend 2 lessons per week and they do not participate in swim meets. This group is offered at Bowling Green High School and Carpenter Center. This group is only offered from August to September and April to May.
Workout Days/Times:
Monday - Thursday 4:00 to 5:00 p.m.
Red Group
This is our introductory group for the first time swimmer or for swimmers emerging from Summer League Teams. Stroke fundamentals and a love for the sport are emphasized. Swimmers are encouraged to attend 2-3 practices per week and selected local swim meets. This group is offered at Bowling Green High School, Central City and Carpenter Center.

Monday - Thursday 5:00 to 5:45, Friday 5:00 to 6:00 P.M., and Sunday 1 to 2 P.M.
White Group
Athletes in this group are usually at least 7 years old and have completed the Red Group move-up skills list. This group is exposed to training for the first time while trying to prepare for the 200 Freestyle and 200 Individual Medley races. Competing at swim meets is highly encouraged at a rate of about once per month.

Blue Group
Minimum age for entry into this group is 11 years old. Athletes entering this group must display a desire to begin training on a more committed basis. Competition at swim meets is expected in this group. Training takes precedence over technique work for the first time in the athlete's development. Athletes in this group train for the 200 Individual Medley and 500 Freestyle.

Senior Group
Minimum age for entry into this group is 12 (girls) or 13 (boys). Athletes entering the Senior group must display a strong desire to perform at the highest level they are capable of. Training is geared towards individual talents, although a strong aerobic endurance factor is present. Athletes in the Senior group are directed towards making their Sectional Time Standards. Minimum training sets include:
